Since I got involved in the #ShiftThePower movement, it has been both grounding and inspiring. The movement has connected me to a community that shares my values, isn't afraid to ask hard but necessary questions, and more importantly is actively imagining and building better alternatives. That shared spirit has given me hope, motivation and a real sense of belonging. As we move forward with #ShiftThePower, it is now more about reimagining and building a just system: one that is people and community centric. That is where Possible Now comes in. To me, Possible Now is about creating space for the conversations that matter. 

It is rooted in possibility and the practices that already exist, rather than new promises. The challenge is to amplify them, learn from them, and create the conditions for them to connect and thrive. 

Being part of the team shaping the upcoming Summit has been a reflective journey in itself. Contributing to the brainstorming, helping frame the conversations, asking the bigger questions and collectively designing the experience has been a valuable learning process. Possible Now is an open invitation to the creators, disrupters and movement-builders – to those who recognize community power in reimagining systems, relationships and collective imagination. 

As we prepare for the Possible Now Summit in Kathmandu, I hope it strengthens connections, sparks honest dialogue and builds momentum that extends well beyond the event. I am sure this is going to be just as much about unlearning as it is about learning from one another. Nepal has its own rich experiences, challenges and innovations to contribute to this movement, and I am excited for the exchanges, relationships and possibilities that will emerge.
